Internet Advertising Research Project
This research report presents a framework for understanding the issues surrounding online advertising and offers a vision of how forthcoming changes will affect marketing on the Web (December, 1998).

E-Jobs: A Guide to Finding a Job in E-Commerce
E-Jobs is a web site created by myself, Rob Crawford, and Tim Derrick that is intended to help business students secure jobs in e-commerce, the hottest industry on the planet. The site provides links to the best job sites on the web, advice on preparing for interviews, a dictionary of e-commerce terms, and more.

The Potential Impact of XML on the Packaged Goods Industry
XML, or Extensible Markup Language, is currently one of the hottest emerging Internet technologies. It will likely have a profound effect on transactions conducted on the web. This brief paper, which I wrote for an e-commerce class, discusses how XML could change the consumer packaged goods industry (November, 1999).

The Future of Online Real Estate Sales
In some industries, the Internet has resulted in the permanent removal of many intermediaries, or "middlemen", in supply chains.  In other industries such as real estate, however, the web has enabled new online intermediaries to replace established competitors. This one-page paper provides my analysis of the future of Internet real estate sales (December, 1999).

How the Internet Changed the "Rules of the Game" in the Small Business Credit Card Industry
I prepared this "white paper" based on research conducted during my MAP consulting project for American Express Small Business Services.  The report discusses overall industry trends and does not contain any confidential client information  (May, 1999).

Amazon.com: @ the Forefront of "E-Branding"

I worked with a team of UMBS students to prepare this report for a Strategic Brand Management class.  It explains how Amazon built brand awareness and, based on the results of our original consumer research, suggests strategies for Amazon to increase revenues and brand equity  (March, 1999).

Reengineering Case Study
This case study, written under the supervision of Professor Alan Afuah, describes the development and marketing of the idea that revolutionized American business in the early 1990's (December, 1998).
